Eric Duer founded STEMSkills in 2017. As a transition specialist Eric thrives to give neurodivergent high school students career exploration and employment opportunities with STEM and tech companies. He has an innovative approach to transition and his business partners are inclusive and diversity driven. Through summer programming, after-school programs, and private consultation students gain confidence through community experiences and business networking. Additionally, STEMSkills is a service provider for the Virginia Department of Rehabilitation Services and DC Rehabilitation Services Agency.
